摘要
高校作为为中国特色社会主义建设伟大事业培养合格人才的基地,其和谐稳定发展与中国特色社会主义建设密切相关。在新的历史条件下要以科学发展观为统领加快高校党的建设,促进高等教育又好又快发展,要全面加强与改进高校党的建设,推进高校改革与发展,构建社会主义和谐校园。
Since colleges and universities are the base to train qualified personnel for the great cause of construc- ting socialism with Chinese characteristics, the harmonious and stable development of which are closely related to so- cialist construction with Chinese characteristics. In the new historical condition, scientific outlook on development should be taken as guidance to accelerate the construction of college party, to promote sound and rapid development of higher education, to strengthen and improve college party construction, advance the reform and development of uni- versities, and to construct socialist harmonious campus.
