摘要
目的:观察中药周期疗法治疗黄褐斑伴经前期综合征的临床疗效。方法:60例分别在月经前、行经期、经后期给予不同的方药治疗,1个月经周期为一疗程,3个疗程后判定临床疗效。结果:60例中肝气郁结型(25例)总有效率为88.00%,脾虚湿阻型(21例)80.95%,肾阴不足型(14例)85.71%,总有效率为85.00%。结论:中药周期疗法治疗黄褐斑伴经前期综合征有较好临床疗效。
Objective ：To investigate clinical efficacy on chloasma companion premenstrual syndrome treated with periodic therapy of Chi- nese herbal medicine. Methods：Different Chinese herbal formulas were administered in three phases, named before menstruation, during menstrua- tion and after menstruation successively in 60 cases that met diagnostic standards. The survey was conducted on clinical effect after three periods of therapy. Results：The total effective rate of chloasma was 85.00%. Conclusion： Periodic therapy of Chinese herbal medicine achives preferable clinical efficacy on chloasma companion premenstrual syndrome.
