摘要
根据强流中子管的特殊要求和微波离子源微波吸收及传输原理 ,设计出等离子腔结构 ,其对微波可无阻传输 ,对高电压有隔离作用 .又根据强流中子管微波离子源对磁场模式的要求 ,给出多联线结构、双磁环结构、加导磁磁路磁场等多种磁场模式的设计结果及实验数据 。
According to the special demand of intense neutron tube and the theory that the microwave absorbs and transports, it designed that the plasma chamber though which microwave can propagate without losing its energy, at the same time, it can insulate from high-voltage. And according to the demand of microwave ion source of intense neutron tube on magnetic field mode, we provided the design result and experiment data of multicusp field, double-magnet-ring field, field with transmiting magnet circuit, and makes the corresponding talks.
