摘要
对平菇黄萎病的病原菌进行了分离和培养 ,人工感染时获得了相似的症状 ,根据其形态和生理生化特性鉴定为假单胞菌 ,该菌的主要特性为杆状 ,G-,极生单鞭毛 ,过氧化氢酶、氧化酶和V .P反应为阳性反应 ,氧化葡萄糖产酸。
Separation and cultivation was done on pathogen of chlorosis of Pleurotus ostreatus. The symptoms of artificial infection experiment were similar to that of natural infection. The pathogen was Gram negative (G\+-)rod with a single polar flagellum; catalase, oxidase and Voges-proskaner reaction were positive, it produced acid from D glucose, the strain was identified as Pseudomonas sp, the prevention and cure was discussed in this paper also.
