摘要
应用通径分析和逐步回归相结合的统计方法 ,逐级追溯影响大麦单株产量 ( GYP)和蛋白质含量( PC)、麦胶含量 ( GC)、淀粉含量 ( SC)的性状 ,进而研究了品质性状和农艺性状的关系 .结果表明 :1决定大麦 GYP的主要性状是每株粒数和千粒重 ,高产的关键是打破两者的负相关 ;2决定 PC的主要性状是氨基酸总量 ( TAA) ,而对 TAA影响最大的是谷氨酸 ;3大麦品质性状与农艺性状的关系不大 .
The statistical procedure of path analysis combined with stepwise regression was used to trace the principal characters which affect the grain yield per plant (GYP) and protein content (PC) in barley grain,and the effectof various characters on gum content(GC) and starch content (SC) was analysed,then the correlation between the quality and agronomic characters was investi- gated.The results showed:1 The principal characters for the high yield genotypes in all barley types were grains perplantand weightof grains,the key of high-yield breeding was to break nega- tive correlation;2 The principal character to affect PC was total content of all amino acids (TAA) ,and the principal character to affect TAA was plutamic acid content,followed by other amino acids content;3 No significantpartial correlation between quality and agronomic characters in barley germplasm had been found in mostcases.
