摘要
本文分析了证券市场内幕交易的概念、行为特征及其危害性 ,指出我国证券市场存在的内幕交易现象 。
The article analyses the conception, the behavior feature and the harms of inside-exchange in stock market, and points out the inside-exchange of stock market in our country. Using the experience of foreign countries for reference, it gives some suggestions to avoid the behavior of inside-exchange.
