不同产地土茯苓药材UPLC及HPLC指纹图谱的构建研究 被引量:5

Establishment of UPLC Fingerprint and HPLC Fingerprint of Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae from Different Habitats

摘要 目的建立土茯苓药材超高效液相色谱(UPLC)及高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱的分析方法,研究不同产地土茯苓药材的质量。方法分别采用UPLC与HPLC对12批土茯苓药材进行指纹图谱分析,运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件计算不同产地样品之间的相似度。结果分别建立了土茯苓药材的UPLC与HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,两种方法均可标示出16个共有特征峰,12批样品的相似度均大于0.9。结论建立的两种方法均准确可靠,重复性好,可用于土茯苓药材的质量控制。 Objective To establish ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) fingerprint and HPLC fingerprint analysis methods for Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae collected from different habitats. Methods Both HPLC and UPLC were used to analyze the fingerprint of 12 batches of samples. The similarity of 12 batches of samples were calculated out by the software of Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( Version 2004A ). Results Sixteen mutual characteristic peaks were shown both by UPLC chromatography and HPLC chro- matography. The similarity of 12 batches of samples were over 0,9. Conclusion Both UPLC and HPLC show high pre- cision and good repeatability, and can be used for quality control of Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae.
