摘要
分析当前主流微电机转子整流子精车设备的优缺点,针对存在问题研制了一种新型的基于PLC控制的单刀双伺服精车机。阐述了单刀双伺服精车机的设计过程,技术特点。试验结果表明,本精车机加工的转子径向跳动小于5μm,可用于高品质微电机的生产。
A new kind of Micro-motor armature finishing turing machine with two servo motor is researched and developed, this machine can achieve the accuracy of 5μm. The development and testing methods are expounded in the paper.
