摘要
思想政治教育社会管理功能产生于社会形成独立的学校教育和社会教化之后,经历了由社会化、规范化到人本化的历史演变,面临着人口服务、劳动关系、社会组织、信息网络、社会稳定和公共精神等现实挑战,是思想政治教育在规范社会行为、化解社会矛盾、解决社会问题、协调社会关系、应对社会风险、促进社会公正、保持社会稳定中所具有的政治保证、力量凝聚、调节整合、稳定控制、主体培育、激励引导等功能的总和,具有价值性、人本性、柔软性和潜隐性等特征。充分发挥这一功能须经过认识预测、决策计划、组织协调、控制整合等阶段,遵循社会适应、要素协同、神形统一、同步递增等规律,优化思想政治教育认识系统和实践系统。
Along with the process of independent school and social education, the social management function of ideological and political education was produced, and experienced from socialization, standardization to the historical evolution of humanism, facing varieties of reality challenges, such as population services, labor relations, social organization, information network, social stability and public spirit. It is also the combination of political guarantee, power condensation, adjustment and integration, stability control, subject cultivation and incentive guide, which could be used to discipline social behaviors, to resolve social contradictions, to solve the social problems, to harmonize social relations, to cope with social risks, to promote social justice and to maintain social stability, with the characters of value, humanity, softness and potential features. To give full play to the function, we should have forecast, decision making plan, organization and coordination, integrate phases, and follow the social adaptation, elements in coordination, content and expression integration, synchronous increasing and so forth, encouraging the ideological and political education system and practice knowledge system.
