摘要
介绍了工程中用激光光学方法检测柱状结构内尺寸参数的新进展。对各种方法的适用场合和精度作了分析比较。并提出了一种检测高精度航空航天器 MJ内螺纹的新型激光光纤传感器的设计思想及检测原理。
The latest developments on the cylindrical inner dimension measurement with laser optical methods are introduced in this paper.The application situations and the accuracy indexes of the various methods are analyzed and compared.And a novel laser fiberoptic sensor used to measure the aerospace MJ internal threads is presented also.
