摘要
为全面客观、科学合理地评价地铁突发事件应急能力,并为政府部门制定相关政策提供参考依据,基于可拓学理论,以沈阳市地铁1号线为例,构建了可拓评价的物元模型,通过计算关联度和等级度以及建立的地铁突发事件应急能力指标体系,对沈阳市地铁1号线突发事件应急能力进行了综合评价.结果表明,评价方法可操作性强,评价模型科学合理.
In order to evaluate the capacity of subway emergency response and provide a reference for government departments to make relevant policies, an extension evaluation model is constructed based on extension theory. Taking Shenyang subway line 1 for example, the correlation degree and grade are calculated for con- structing subway emergency capacity evaluation system. The results show that the evaluation method is feasible and rational.
