胰管支架在老年胰腺导管内乳头状黏液瘤患者中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 胰腺导管内乳头状黏液瘤（intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasmms,IPMN）是临床相对少见的胰管内来源的肿瘤。早期手术治疗,效果较好。但因创伤较大,并发症较多,在老年患者中常不能或者被拒绝实施。本次研究对收治的13例老年IPMN患者行胰管支架治疗,报道如下。
