摘要
目的评价计算机辅助定位上颌窦内提升同期植牙技术的临床适用性。方法 42例患者上颌57颗磨牙缺失,牙槽嵴顶距离上颌窦底5~9mm。所有患者拍摄CT并用CAD软件进行上颌骨三维图像重建及上颌窦底定位。采用冲顶式上颌窦内提升术同期植入种植体,记录手术完成情况、并发症及2年随访结果。结果完成全部57颗种植体植入,上颌窦提升完成39例,上颌窦穿孔1例、鼻部不适2例;2年随访,所有植体均获得良好骨结合。结论 CAD软件在定位上颌窦底及对上颌萎缩后牙区种植有指导作用,上颌窦内提升术成功率较高。
Objective To evaluate the validity of the clinical application of maxillary sinus floor augmentation simultaneous implantation by computer assisted localization. Methods A total of 42 patients in need of maxillary sinus floor augmentation were enrolled in this study. Dental related CAD Software with preoperative CT data was used to visually guide the flap- less surgical procedure. Successful rate of the surgery and the postoperative complications index were recorded. Results The flapless surgical procedure was completed in 39 patients with 57 implants inserted successfully and followed clinically. Only 1 case found maxillary sinus perforation postoperative, other 2 cases found discomfortable in nasal cavity after surgery. All patients were provided with permanent prosthetic constructions after implant surgery. Conclusions Flapless sinus lift procedures visually guided by dental related CAD software can successfully be used to local placement, successful healing and loading implants.
