摘要
对转基因鸡的生产方法,如病毒载体法、生殖器官注射法、显微注射法、胚胎干细胞法等进行综述,探索转基因鸡各生产方法的可行性,并对各方法的应用特点以及转基因鸡应用方面的最新研究成果进行了剖析。
The methods for producing trancgenic chickens,such as vrial vector method,reproductive organ injection method,microinjection,embryonic stem cell operation method and so on,were briefly reviewed.Feasibility of genetically-modified various technology,merit and shortcoming of each method having been brought and the recently research achievement about transgenic chicken were also discussed.
