摘要
以二步乳化法制备w/o/w型胰岛素复乳,包裹率为77.2％。实验性糖尿病小鼠口服给以恢复乳70 IU/kg,与口服相同剂量的胰岛素水溶液相比,复乳的降血糖效果显著,可使血糖值在30～40min内由154.7±36.1下降至最低值40.1±25.3mg/dl(p<0.001),并能维持低血糖值60min(p<0.05)。
The insulin multiple emulsion was prepared by two-stage emulsi-fication with 77.2% yield, and was orally administered at the dose 70 IU/kg toexperimental diabetic mice comparing with insulin aqueous solution. The resultsshowed the former could reduce the blood glucose concentration significantly from154.7±36.1 to 40.1±25.3 mg/dl, while the latter failed (p<0.001).
