摘要
多式联运作为一种先进的运输组织方式，对我军军交运输的转型发展具有重要的战略价值和现实意义。通过从对多式联运概况的分析入手，完成了我军发展多式联运的SWOT分析，着重分析了我军发展多式联运所能获得的优势、面对的劣势、可利用的机遇以及必须应对的挑战。从发展设施设备、完善管理机制、提高集装化水平和加强信息化建设等4个方面，提出了我军发展多式联运的对策措施。
As an advanced organization for transportation, multimodel transport has strategic value and practical signifi- cance to the transformation and development of military transportation. By analyzing the overview of the muhimodel trans- port,this paper applied the SWOT model to analyze military multimodel transport, emphasizing on strengths that have been acquired, weaknesses that must be faced to, opportunities that can be used and challenges that must be met. And then the paper puts forward countermeasures of developing military muhimodel transportation from four aspects： developing facilities and equipment, improving management mechanism, improving the level of containerization and strengthening information construction.
