摘要
目的 :探讨充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者甲状腺激素的改变及其临床意义。方法 :用放免法检测 6 8例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清 T3、 T4、 r T3、 FT3、 FT4及 TSH的变化 ,并与 5 6例正常对照组进行比较。结果 :CHF组 T3明显低于正常 ,r T3显著升高 ,且 CHF组随心衰的加重 ,T3逐渐降低 ,r T3逐渐升高。结论 :甲状腺激素水平的变化可作为判断 CHF严重程度的指标 ,并对其治疗及预后有一定指导意义。
Objective:To study the changes and significance of thyroid hormone in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF) Methods:The changes of serum level T 3、T 4、rT 3、FT 3、FT 4 and TSH in 68 patients with CHF were observed,and compared with 56 healthy adults in common group Result:Obviously CHY ′s T 3 was lower than the common group ′ and rT 3 was higher than the common group ′ And CHF ′s T 3 gradually decreased and rT 3 increased as the heart failure became more serious Conclusion:This showed that the alteration of serum level of thyroid hormone can identify the deterioration of CHF,the effect of treatment,and prognosis in patients with CHF
