摘要
应用大鼠离体肝脏灌流技术观察类肝素组分Ⅱ(C_2)对肝灌流液中肝脂酶(HL)活性的影响。C_2具有较强的释放HL的作用,可使肝灌流液中HL活性升高。在一定剂量范围内,该作用与其剂量呈正相关,且与其抗凝作用并不平行。
The livers isolated from rats were perfused with fraction-2 ofalkali-extracted heparinoid(C_2)and heparin. The effect of C_2 on increasing hepaticlipase (HL) activity was positively related to the logarithmic doses ranging from5 to 40 U/ml and was not in parallel with its anticoagulant activity.
