摘要
介绍全焊接管线球阀苛刻的使用工况,提出了全焊接管线球阀阀体材料选择原则。全焊接管线球阀阀体材料考虑强度同时还需考虑可焊性,为了满足全焊接管线球阀焊接要求,增加焊接接头的韧性储备,需对化学成分、含碳量、碳当量、锰含量、微量元素P、S、钢材的冶炼过程、材料的屈强比、低温冲击韧性和硬度等进行特别控制。同时,提出了锻件的表面质量要求、锻件的试验方法和检验规则,使全焊接管线球阀阀体材料满足免焊后热处理要求。
This paper introduces the harsh working conditions of full welded pipeline ball valve and puts forward the selection principles of body material of full welded pipeline ball valves.While considering the strength of full welded pipeline ball valve materials,its weldability should also be considered.In order to meet the welding requirements of full welded pipeline ball valve and to increase the toughness reserves of welded joints,special control should be made to chemical composition,carbon content,carbon equivalent,manganese content,microelements including phosphorus and sculpture,steel smelting process,material yield ratio,and low temperature impact toughness and hardness.At the same time,the quality requirements of the forging surface and the test method and test rules of the forging are put forward,so that post-welding heat treatment is not necessary for full welded pipeline ball valves.
