摘要
目的:为提高高职涉外护理学生专业英语口语能力,教师采用多元化教学方法对传统教学模式进行改革。方法:教学过程中采用趣味教学法和合作学习法,同时引入多元化考核机制,激发学生的兴趣和信心。结果:经过课内外的反复练习,学生的专业英语考试成绩优良,有89.22%的学生对多元化口语教学训练与考核持肯定态度,认为它能激发学习兴趣,培养独立思考和灵活运用英语表达思维的能力以及同学之间的协作精神。结论:多元化口语训练法是一种有效的训练法,教师备课时要备学生、备内容、备方法,要充分发挥组织者和导演的作用,并提高自身的护理专业素质。
Objective:To improve the students' ability in spoken English in nursing area,the teacher explores a multi - factor teaching approach in teaching practice. Method:Interest -based approach and collaborative learning strategies are employed in teaching procedure to elicit students' interest and to culti- vate their speaking skills. Result:After being exposed to various activities in class and after class, students have gained a command of spoken English in nursing area through constant practice. 89.22% students verbalize positively about the multi - factor approach, which could elicit the interest of learning nursing English,cultivate the ability to think independently and express thoughts in English, and incubate the team spirit. Hence, the speaking skill is re- markably developed eventually. Conclusion:Multi -factor teaching approach is an effective method of training speaking skills ,though the teacher should be well - prepared in various ways, eg,the students,the contents, and the teaching output. Meanwhile, the teacher should plan and organize the teaching process well, and update herself or himself with nursing knowledge and skills.
