丁酸钠对云南武定鸡肠道组织形态的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择1日龄云南武定肉仔鸡400只,随机分为5个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只鸡。5个处理组分别为A组(基础日粮,对照组)、B组(基础日粮+杆菌肽锌50mg.kg-1,抗生素组)、C组(基础日粮+丁酸钠250mg.kg-1)、D组(基础日粮+丁酸钠500mg.kg-1)、E组(基础日粮+丁酸钠750mg.kg-1)。试验期21d,研究丁酸钠对云南武定鸡肠道组织形态的影响。试验结果表明,当云南武定鸡饲养至14日龄,日粮添加丁酸钠500mg.kg-1与对照组相比,十二指肠绒毛高度提高了3.43%(P<0.05),V/C值提高了8.33%(P<0.05),空肠肌层厚度提高了6.46%(P<0.05)。日粮中添加丁酸钠750mg.kg-1使十二指肠肌层厚度与黏膜厚度分别提高了5.26%(P<0.05)和6.18%(P<0.05),空肠绒毛高度提高了3.33%(P<0.05)。当云南武定鸡饲养至21日龄,与对照组相比,日粮中添加丁酸钠500mg.kg-1可使空肠肌层厚度提高5.50%(P<0.05),十二指肠V/C值提高了4.62%;丁酸钠750mg.kg-1可使十二指肠绒毛高度提高2.20%(P<0.05),回肠的绒毛高度提高3.76%(P<0.05)。 Four hundred one-day-old Yunnan Wuding chickens were chosen to be randomly divided into 5 groups, with 4 replicates in each group and 20 Yunan Wuding chickens in each replicate. The groups were as follows: group A with basal diet and as control group, group B with basal diet and antibiotics(50 mg·kg^-1 zinc bacitratin), group C with basal diet and 250 mg·kg^-1 sodium butyrate, group D with basal diet and 500 mg·kg^-1 sodium butyrate, group E with basal diet and 750 mg·kg^-1 sodium butyrate. The results showed that, when the Yunnan Wuding chickens were raised to 14 days of age, compared with the control group, diet containing 500 mg·kg^-1 sodium butyrate could increased the duodenal villous height, V/C value and jejunal muscle thickness. The duodenal villous height increased by 3.43%(P〈0.05), and V/C value increased by 8.33%(P〈0.05), jejunal muscle thickness increased 6.46%(P〈0.05). Diet containing 750 mg·kg^-1 sodium butyrate could increased duodenal muscle layer thickness and mucosal thickness. Duodenal muscle layer thickness and mucosal thickness, were increased by 5.26%(P〈0.05) and 6.18%(P〈0.05), jejunal villus height increased by 3.33%(P〈0.05). When the Yunnan Wuding chickens were raised to 21 days of age, compared with the control group, diet containing 500 mg·kg^-1 of sodium butyrate could promote the development of duodenum, jejunum and ileum. The V/C value of duodenum and thickness of the jejunal muscle were significantly improved by 4.62% and 5.50%, respectively(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, diet containing 750 mg·kg^-1 sodium butyrate could significantly improved the height of the villus in the duodenum and ileum by 2.20% and 3.76%, respectively(P〈0.05)
