摘要
重点介绍了竹胶合板制备工艺及其对板材性能的影响,并对竹胶合板的力学性能、保温隔音性能、抗老化与耐候性能、抗震性能、蠕变性能、空气质量标准与建筑行业标准进行对比分析。结果表明,结构用竹胶合板满足高强度需求用板。最后通过分析国内外竹胶合板的应用现状,为竹胶合板在建筑等高强度用板需求方面提供科学依据。
This paper summaries the technigue of the structure bamboo plywood and compares the plywood's performances including physical and mechanical properties, thermal and sound insulation performance, aging and weathering properties, seismic performance, creep performance, air quality standards to the construction industry standards. The result indicates that the structure bamboo plywood met the needs of the boards of the high strength. Providing a scientific basis by analyzing the application status of bamboo plywood home and abroad.
