摘要
以聚丁二烯和异氰酸酯为原料合成大分子预聚体活化剂,在该活化剂存在下引发己内酰胺阴离子开环聚合,合成了聚丁二烯改性铸型(MC)尼龙,探讨了大分子活化剂分子量及用量对改性后MC尼龙分子量、结晶度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,大分子活化剂用量对材料的结晶度有明显的影响;引入大分子活化剂对MC尼龙材料的冲击强度有明显的改善。
Polybutadiene and isocyanate were used as raw materials to synthesize macromolecule prepolymer activator, then the ring opening polymerization of caprolactam anion was inititated in the presence of the activator and MC nylon modifed by polybutadiene was synthesized. The effects of the activator molecular weight and content on the molecular weight, crystallinity degree and mechanical properties of modified MC nylon materials were studied. The results showed the content of macromolecular activator had a significant impact on the crystallinity degree of MC nylon materials, the impact strength of MC nylon was dramatically improved when the macromolecular activator was added.
