摘要
利用生长速率法对34种果园常用杀菌剂进行室内毒力测定。结果表明,各药剂在不同试验浓度下对柑桔黑斑病菌菌丝的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,并且其抑制率与浓度呈正相关。其中苯醚甲环唑抑制效果最好,EC50为0.003 6mg/L;戊唑醇次之,EC50为0.126 2mg/L;其次为氟硅唑、丙环唑、甲基硫菌灵、腈菌唑、唑醚.代森联、烯唑醇、异菌脲、咪鲜胺,其EC50均在1mg/L以下。此研究为田间大面积防治柑桔黑斑病提供了参考。
Thirty-four commonly used fungicides were evaluated by measuring the growth rate of Guignardia citricarpa. The results showed that these fungicides could inhibit the mycelia growth to a varying extent in a dosage dependent manner. Among these fungicides, difenoeonazole had the best effect (EC50 value: 0. 003 6μg/mL), and was followed by tebueonazole (EC50 value. 0. 126 2 μg/mL). The EC50 values of flusilazole, propieonazole, thiophanatemethyl, myelobutanil, thiazole- ether, diniconazole, iprodione and prochloraz were all below 1 μg/mL. This study provided a reference for field control of citrus black spot.
