摘要
当前劳动者要求分享经济发展成果的利益诉求与民营企业维持低劳动力成本惯性的冲突,成为引发劳资关系矛盾的主要因素。本文以民营经济比较发达的浙江杭州为例,研究了建立企业和职工利益共享机制问题,认为需要健全工资集体协商机制、提高工会维权能力,加强企业民主建设,建立三方协调机制,推行集体合同制度,创新劳动关系矛盾调处机制。
In the Twelve Five-Year Plan, China made clear to the establishment of shared interests "harmonious labor relations" between enterprises and workers. Its meaning is to strive for the synchronized development between the residents' income growth and economic trends, remuneration increase and the productivity. The core of the mechanism of employees shared interests is to establish the collective consultation mechanism between the two sides of labor relations. We need a series of systems to support the perennial mechanism of employees shared interests.
