摘要
介绍了基于虚拟仪器的风机在线监测系统的基本组成、设计方法和功能。该系统采用模块化的设计思想,研制周期短、开发成本低、性能可靠。应用该系统可实现风机机组各种状态信号的自动采集和监测,并能进行振动信号的分析,对风机运行的安全性评估及故障诊断有重要的意义。
The basic configurations, design methods and functions of fans on-line monitoring system based on virtual instrument were introduced. The system which was based on modular design idea has the following advantages: short development cycle, low cost, reliability. This system can be used to carry out automatic data acquisition and monitoring of state signals of the fan set, analysis of vibration signals. It is very important to safety performance evaluation and failure diagnose.
