Cheng ＆ Curtis offers us a and the Chinese Learner＂ which systematically and comprehensively discusses test validity, test consequence and test use by getting insights from Bachaman＇ s framework of Assessment Use Argument. This book is an important reference book for those who are engaged in the studies of English language assessment and the Chinese learner.
