摘要
自主招生向农村考生倾斜有利于促进教育公平,是高校招生制度改革的突破之举。然而,自主招生向农村考生倾斜必须以有效确认考生的农村户籍为前提,避免少数"非转农"考生占用农村考生的录取候选人名额。教育部和试点高校还应共同资助农村考生,以免除他们应试的后顾之忧。试点高校必须调整面试的方式与内容,使自主招生能全面考查农村考生的综合素质和创新能力。
Autonomous enrollment preferential policy to students from rural area will promote the education equity, which is a ve from urban area from changing ry effective admission reform. However, to prevent some students their residency in order to account for the quota, the preference should be made after the residency of the students has been effectively confirmed. The Ministry of Education and the experimental colleges should also sponsor the students from rural area to relieve their worries or concerns. The college should also adjust their interview format and contents in order to test the students＇ overall quality and creative ability.
