摘要
目的 :观察开心胶囊 号治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血的临床疗效 ,并从自由基角度探讨其作用机制。方法 :将 42例冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者随机分为治疗组 (2 7例 )和对照组 (15例 )。治疗组口服开心胶囊 号 ;对照组口服臣功再佳。观测治疗前后心电图、症状及自由基 3项〔超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、脂质过氧化物(L PO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物 (GSH Px)〕。结果 :经治疗 4周后 ,心电图疗效方面 ,治疗组显效 5例 ,改善 17例 ,总有效率 81.48% ;对照组显效 2例 ,改善 7例 ,总有效率 6 0 .0 0 % (P>0 .0 5 )。症状疗效方面 ,治疗组显效率77.78% ,总有效率 92 .5 9% ;对照组显效率 40 .0 0 % ,总有效率 73.33% (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗后SOD和 GSH Px均升高〔(2 4.78± 3.87) k U/ L 比 (19.44± 3.49) k U/ L,P<0 .0 1;(6 5 .45± 8.45 ) k U/ L 比(5 3.81± 5 .2 1) k U/ L,P<0 .0 1〕,L PO则降低〔(3.0 5± 0 .5 1) μmol/ L 比 (4.13± 1.0 2 ) μm ol/ L,P<0 .0 1〕。 2组治疗后 3值比较 ,治疗组 L PO下降更为明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :开心胶囊 号对无症状心肌缺血具有较好疗效 ,其可能的机制为纠正自由基代谢紊乱。
Objective:To explore the treatment effects and its mechanism of Kaixin CapsuleⅡ(开心胶囊Ⅱ号) in silent myocardial ischemia(SMI).Methods:42 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group (27 cases) was treated with Kaixin CapsuleⅡ,control group (15 cases) was received Chengongzaijia(臣功再佳).The electrocardiogram,symptom and free radicals〔superoxide dismutase(SOD),lipidperoxide(LPO),glutathione synthetase(GSHPx)〕 were observed and determined.Results:Four weeks after therapy,the total effective rate of electrocardiogram in treatment group (81 48%) was higher than that of control group (60 00%),but it has not significant difference ( P >0 05).The markedly effective rates of symptomatic relief were 77 78% and 40 00%,the total effective rates of symptomatic relief were 92 59% and 73 33% respectively,they all have significant differences (P<0 01 and P<0 05).The contents of SOD,GSHPx in treatment group were increased greatly respectively 〔(24 78±3 87)kU/L vs.(19 44±3 49)kU/L,P<0 01 and (65 45±8 45)kU/L vs.(53 81±5 21)kU/L,P<0 01〕,the content of LPO was decreased greatly 〔(3 05±0 51)μmol/L vs.(4 13± 1 02)μmol/L ,P<0 01〕,moreover,the content of LPO has significant difference between the two group (P<0 05).Conclusions:Kaixin CapsuleⅡ is an effective drug in treatment of SMI,its mechanism may be related to correcting the metabolic disorder in free radical.
