摘要
[目的]了解各级医院儿科医师对哮喘基本知识的掌握情况，以作为哮喘防治小组制订工作计划的依据。[方法]采用问卷调查方式，共调查市级或以上医院、市内区级医院和郊区县级医院23所，对象为儿科住院医师、主治医师及专家，共计224人。[结果]无论是哮喘的基本概念，还是吸入治疗、抗炎治疗在哮喘治疗中的地位、峰速仪及储雾罐的使用价值等，各级医院的医师均存在不同程度的模糊认识；市级或以上医院医师回答问题情况明显优于市内区级医院和郊区县医院。[结论]哮喘的医师教育问题是一项非常重要的工作，工作的重点应放在基层医院。
[Objectives] To evaluate the information of basic concepts about asthma management and previntion collected from pediatricians at different hospitais in Qingdao and provede the basis of drawing up a work plan for asthma management and Prevention Committee. [Methods] 23 hospitals including municipal hospitals, urban district hospitals and county hospitals of suburban district were involved and 244 pediatricians consisting of resident physician, physician-in-charge and professor were asked by way of questionnaire, [Results]The pediatricians at different level hospitals have some confused ideas about the definition of asthma, the importance of inhalation and antiinflammatory therapy and the value of peak flowmeter. The results of questionnaire for pediatricians in municipal hospitals were superior to that of urban district hospitals and county hospitals of suburban district. [Conclusion] The pediatrician's education of asthma management and prevention were an important task. Special attention should be paid on the hospitals at basic level.
