摘要
从长期来看,汇率变动必将改变国内资源配置的方向,进而将对中国对外贸易结构和国内产业结构产生影响。本文分析了我国出口产业结构的现状和问题,重点阐述了人民币升值对我国产业结构的优化效应,指出中国要利用人民币升值带来的机遇,坚持大力发展高科技产业,促进第三产业发展,并且鼓励企业进行对外直接投资,以促进我国产业结构的优化升级。
In the long run,the fluctuation of exchange rate will definitely alter the orientation of the allocation of resources.Furthermore,it will have great influence on China＇s composition of foreign trade and on domestic industrial structure.This paper presents the existing circumstances and problems of the structure of our export industry,and it focuses on the optimizing effect of the appreciation of the RMB on our industrial structure.It points out that China should take advantage of the chances brought by the RMB appreciation,develop high-tech industry,and advance the development of the tertiary industry.Meanwhile,the government should encourage firms to make foreign direct investment,in order to promote the upgrading of China＇s industrial structure.
