摘要
作为我国改革开放的经济特区,厦门经济特区在基础弱、产业弱、实力弱等前提下,凭借政策优势、区位优势以及区别于其他城市的便利条件迅速发展起来,成为我国经济特区发展的成功范例之一。厦门经济特区在政策措施、体制机制、打造平台等方面积累了较为成熟的经验,特别是在如何运用政策措施、创新体制机制以及扩宽发展思路方面值得我国内陆地区总结和借鉴。
As one of Chinese special economic zone,Xiamen,basic on weak industry and weak power has developed to a successful paradigm.It has accumulated more mature experiences,on policy measures,system mechanism,platform-building,especially in how to use policy measures,innovate system mechanism and broaden the development thought.These experiences are references of our inland areas.
