摘要
文章分析了影响齿轮热处理变形的因素。提出从机加工艺、锻坯质量、稀土催渗、激光热处理等方面采取具体措施，以减小齿轮热处理变形的目的，为同类零件的热处理提供了借鉴经验。
This paper analyzes the impact to the distortion in heat treatment of gears. This paper rises to take concrete measures from the machining process, forging billet quality, rare earth reminder infiltration, laser heat treatment and other aspects to reduce distortion; therefore it provides some reference for the heat treatment of this kind of parts.
