摘要
在我国基本完成普及基础教育任务的背景下,针对乡镇中学学生有相当部分为独生子女,同时还有部分学生因父母长期在外务工,从小就脱离父母教育而过着"独立生活"的中学生群体,笔者依据这样的教育主体现状,构建乡镇中学高师实习生班主任工作评价体系,为师范专业学生的教育实习提供一套切实可行的、具有创新的班级教育管理考核体系。
China has basically completed the popularization of elementary education, yet a considerable part of the rural high school students, the only child in their family, as well as some of the students whose parents work outside their hometown for a long time, have been away from their parents and live an independent life since childhood. In view of the present situation, the authoress tries to construct the evaluation system of the work of trainee class teachers in order to provide a practical and innovative system of classroom education and management evaluation for the teacher trainin~ students.
