摘要
目的 探讨癫痫复杂部分发作 (ECPS)患者血清髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)水平及其与癫痫发作的相关性。方法 用酶联免疫吸附测定法对 34例 ECPS患者及 2 8例精神分裂症 (SP)患者及 32名正常人血清 MBP进行检测。结果 ECPS组血清 MBP含量明显高于 SP组及正常组 (P<0 .0 1) ,且血清 MBP含量与癫痫发作频繁、近周内发作、脑电图及脑 CT/ MRI异常有关 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 提示 ECPS可能与髓鞘损害有关。
Objective\ To investigate the role of myelin basic protein (MBP) in the pathogenesis of epileptic complex partial seizure (ECPS) and its clinical significance Methods\ Serum levels of MBP were measured in 34 patients with ECPS and 28 patients with schizophrenia and normal control subjects by enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay Results\ The results showed that the serum mean MBP level of patients was markedly higher than those of schizophrenia and normal control ( P <0 01). In addition, the level of serum MBP of ECPS was correlated to the positive CT scan, abnormal EEG, frequent seizure and seizure within recent week ( P <0 05). Conclusions\ Our studies imply that ECPS were associated with MBP release from the subtle damaged regions of myelin sheaths during epileptic seizures.
