摘要 急性肺损伤(acutelunginjury,ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acuterespiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是各种原因导致肺毛细血管内皮细胞和肺泡上皮细胞损伤造成弥漫性肺间质及肺泡水肿导致的急性低氧性呼吸功能不全或呼吸衰竭。
