摘要 本文介绍一种微机控制的肾脏保存系统,它由灌注装置、恒温装置、氧合装置、流量计和测量接口组成。它为离体肾脏提供生存环境,产生类似于腹主动脉压力波形且平均压恒定的搏动流,提供恒定的保存温度、含氧灌注液,并进行实时评价肾脏活力的灌注流量测量。 In this paper, a microprocessor-based renal preservation system, which is composed of perfusion unit, constant temperature unit, oxygenated unit, flowmeter and measure interfaces, is described. The system provides a living environment for the isolated kidney. It consists of the pulsatile perfusion, constant temperature, oxygenated perfusion fluid and the mcasurement of perfnsion flow to assess the viability of the kidaey in vitro. The pressure waveform of the pcrfusion is similar to that of abdominal aorta.
