摘要
以华北五角枫为试材,研究在1 000mg/L浓度下的ABT2、NAA、IBA对试材生根率的影响,并设清水对照。结果表明,3种激素处理的生根率依次为NAA>IBA>ABT2。于7月1日剪取当年生枝条作为插穗,保留2片叶,上切口平切下切口斜切,用不同激素速蘸20s后扦插于洁净的河沙中,用NAA处理的插穗达到最佳生根效果。
To the north of Acer truncatum Bunge as test material, studied at 1000 mg/L concentration of ABT2, NAA, IBA on the rooting rate of impact test material, and a water control. The results showed that, 3 kinds of hormone treatment of rooting rate were NAA 〉IBA 〉ABT2. In July 1st their annual branches as cuttings, retaining the 2 leaf, incision smooth cut incision under oblique, with different hormone speed dip 20 s after cutting to clean the river sand, with NAA to achieve the best effect of cuttings rooting.
