摘要
在国产ZJ-10(4)型直线加速器上,我们用铝、铜、低熔铅(Lipowitz metal)和铅等材料,对采用8Mev X线治疗的病人照射范围内的空缺组织进行补偿,制作了补偿块面积为0.9×0.9cm^2的Ellis型组织补偿器。在实验的基础上,得到了不同补偿深度(5cm,10cm,15cm),不同照射野(5×5cm^2,10×10cm^2,20×20cm^2)和不同材料的补偿转换率。在特殊曲面上对此补偿器的补偿效果进行了验证,结果满意,并初步用于临床。
The compensation for the effect of missing tissue, using lead, lipowitz metal, brass and aluminum intensity modifying filters 'Ellis Type Compensator' respectively, was investigated experimentally on the ZJ-10(4) 8Mv LINAC. On the basis of theory and experiments, curves of different filter thickness required to compensate for various tissue defects at diffeient depths anti for different field sizes were obtained. The effectiveness of compensation was then checked experimentally for a typiCal surface share, It was also used in the treatment of cancer.
