摘要
目的分析应用聚丙烯补片,采用肌肉后腹膜前修补术(sublay法)修补腹壁巨大切口疝的临床效果。方法回顾分析应用聚丙烯补片对腹壁巨大切口疝患者36例行肌肉后腹膜前修补术(sublay法)的临床资料。结果 36例患者均获痊愈,随访2年无复发。结论应用聚丙烯补片肌肉后腹膜前修补术对腹壁巨大切口疝进行修补,操作简单,效果良好,且费用相对较低。
Objective To investigate the effect of polypropylene patch and Sublay herniorrhaphy on huge abdominal incision hernia. Methods Clinical date of 36 patients with huge abdominal incision hernia underwent Sublay herniorrhaphy with polypropylene patch were analyzed. Results All the patients were cured. There was no recurrence in the 2 - year follow - up. Conclusion It is effective and inexpensive to treat huge incision hernia with polypropylene patch and Sublay herniorrhaphy.
