摘要
以壳聚糖和水杨酸为原料,采用超声波辅助技术合成了壳聚糖水杨酸配体,在体系pH为6~7下,该配体与La^(3+)进行反应,制备了壳聚糖水杨酸-La(Ⅲ)配合物;并将该配合物应用于萝卜、绿豆、黄豆的发芽生长调节试验。结果表明,制备的配合物中参与配位的基团是羟基和羰基,并对植物发芽、幼苗生长具有较显著的调节促进作用。
Chitosan salicylic acid ligand was synthesized by ultrasound -assisted technique with chitosan and salicylic acid as the materials. The complex of chitosan salicylic acid and La (Ⅲ ) was prepared by sub- jecting the ligand to the reaction with La3+ while maintaining the pH value of the system at 6 to 7, and was used in the tests for adjusting the sprouting and growing of turnip, mung bean and soybean. According to the results of tests, the groups of the complex that take part in coordination are hydroxyl and carbonyl, which can adjust and promote the sprouting of plants and the growth of seedlings significantly.
