摘要
在室温条件下采用溶胶-凝胶法一步合成了钒硅介孔分子筛(V-HMS),并通过XRD、N_2吸附-脱附、FT-IR等测试技术对样品进行了表征。结果表明,V-HMS保留了六方介孔结构,具有较高的比表面积、孔容和孔径。利用油酸和甲醇的酯化反应作为探针反应,考察了V-HMS的酸催化性能。当n(甲醇):n(油酸)=10:1,催化剂V-HMS-30用量为油酸质量的5%,反应温度为130℃,反应时间为12 h时,油酸转化率达到61%,表明V-HMS具有一定的酸催化性能。
Mesoporous molecular sieves V - HMS were synthesized with one - step sol - gel method, and its sample was characterized with the testing techniques of XRD, N2 adsorption and desorption and FT - IR, etc. According to the results of testing, mesoporous molecular sieve V - I-IMS has high specific surface area, pore volume and pore size while still retaining hexagonal mesoporous structure. The acid catalysis performance of mesoporous molecular sieves V - HMS was studied by the probe reaction of the esterification of oleic acid with methanol. The conversion of oleic acid reaches 61% at the conditions that n (methanol) : n ( oleic acid) = 10 : 1, the usage of catalyst V -HMS -30 is 5% of the mass of oleic acid, the reaction temperature is 130℃ and the reaction time is 12 h, showing that mesoporous molecular sieve V - HMS has acid catalysis per- formance to a certain extent.
