摘要
我国高校基金会近年来发展迅速,既是高校发展的内在需求,也是高的教育成本分担的市场化结果,同时也是受高等教育国际化趋势的影响。但我国高校基金会历史较短,国内捐赠环境、捐赠文化以及法律制度等还处于不断的完善过程中,所以还存在很多亟待解决的问题,因此需要我们加强相关法制建设,规范募捐行为,提高队伍的专业化水平。
In recent years, higher education foundation has developed rapidly. The reason is the not only the inner demand of the development of higher educations, but also the marketizational result caused by higher education cost sharing and the influence of the international tendency. However, due to the short history of our higher education, the environment, culture and legal system for donation are still in the continuous improvement process, so there are still a lot of urgent problems in pending to be solved. Therefore, we need to strengthen the legal construction, regulate donation behaviors and improve the professional level.
