摘要
在大型供水工程的规模和技术日新月异的发展形势下,机电设备发生了巨大变化,其包含的备品备件的技术含量和复杂程度越来越高,故相应的维护工作提出了更高要求。由于备品备件种类繁多、数量庞大,维护工作量繁重,机电设备备品备件对维护工作起着举足轻重的作用。文章从对供水工程备品备件仓库管理的必要性及现状的分析出发,提出科学合理的改善方案,通过探究阶段的分析,到管理程序的合理规划,让备品备件的保管科学化,最终优化了备品备件仓库的管理。
With the development of technology and the changing scale of water supply project, the electromechanical device has a great change .In the same way, the technology and complexity of spare parts are required in a higher level, so it has a higher requirement in the maintenance. In addition ,as the spare parts of eletromechanical devive are varies in type and quantity, they play a very important part in the maintenance work. This thesis aims to analyse the necessity and current situation of the spare parts store manage of water supply project, in order to find out same scientific and suitable improving scheme. By analysing the current situation and planning the management produre, it will make the management of spare parts scientific ang finally realise the improvement of spare parts store management.
