摘要
支架是现浇梁施工过程中的支承结构,支架的强度、刚度、稳定性直接影响到结构质量及安全性;当支架高度超过15 m时,采用碗扣式满堂支架,将很不经济,且支架的稳定性将难以保证,这时较优的方案是选用钢管柱贝雷梁支架。结合京石客专北西联络线跨京广铁路特大桥框构墩工程实例对20 m高框构墩支架方案进行了设计,确定了荷载分布,建立了受力分析模型,验证了方案的可行性,为以后同类桥型的施工提供参考。
Bracket is a supporting structure in the construction process of cast-in-place beam. Its strength, rigidity and stability will directly affect the quality and safety of the structure. When the height of bracket is more than 15m, it is not very economic to use the bowl-coupler full-supported bracket, and the stability of the bracket is hard to guarantee. The selection of Bailey beam steel pipe scaffold is the better scheme. The article designs the 20-m high frame pier bracket scheme according to the engineering case of the overlong bridge frame pier project of Beijing-Shijiazhuang Passenger Railway NW-Line spanning Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, determines the load distribution, sets up the stress analysis model, validates the feasibility of the scheme and provides the reference fort the construction of the similar bridges.
