小儿Ⅲ度扁桃体肿大切除术的麻醉分析
摘要
扁桃体切除术（腭扁桃体）是小儿的一种常见手术，其中Ⅲ度扁桃体肿大常合并气道阻塞，在麻醉过程中存在潜在危险，容易出现呼吸道梗阻而发生窒息。麻醉必须诱导平稳，这对于保证患儿生命安全至关重要。我院2007-2010年度收治扁桃体手术中有4l例Ⅲ度肿大的患儿，经术前详细访视，
