摘要
采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验等方法对轧钢加热炉炉底管产生开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:炉底管的开裂是由于原材料本身热处理不当产生魏氏组织和晶粒粗大,降低了钢的韧性和伸长率,在应力的作用下发生开裂。
By means of macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, metallographic examination and so on, the cracking resason of bottom tube of heating furnace for steel rolling was analyzed. The results showed that the cracking reason was due to widmanstatten structure and coarse grain produced by inappropricate heat treatment for raw materials, the toughness and elongation of steel were reduced, under the effecl of stress, the cracking occurred in the steel tube at last.
