摘要
针对节流管式调节阀的工作原理,首次探讨了其动态响应特性。在研究过程中利用Pro/ENGINEER软件对节流管式调节阀的流道进行建模,应用ANSYS ICEM软件对流道几何模型划分网格,使用CFD软件FLUENT对调节阀的开度变化过程进行动态数值模拟,从而得到阀门在开度变化过程中活塞上表面受力以及节流管下端受力的动态响应曲线,为阀门控制系统设计提供了依据。
For the works of throttle valve tube,the dynamic response of the throttle valve tube is investigated.In the course of the study,by adoption of Pro/ENGINEER,the throttle tube flow control valve is modeled,mesh is generated by ANSYS ICEM,and the check Valve opening process of change is numerically simulated by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) software FLUENT.Thus,during the opening process,the force changes curve can be obtained,for the valve control system design was provided.
