摘要
海洋石油工程施工项目中管道施工是几大施工专业之一,作为管道施工的管理者其工作目标就是保证管道施工质量、保证工程如期完成以及在此基础上尽量减少管道建设的成本。文章从海洋石油工程管道的施工特点和施工管理目的展开讨论,并提出了管道施工过程中可改善的管理要点和方法。
Pipe line construction is one of the professional construction in offshore-oil engineering. As a manager in pipe line construction, his working goal is to guarantee the engineering quality, workfinishing as scheduled and cost-reducing based on the points above. This paper gives a discussion on the character and management of the offshore -oil pipe line engineering, and puts forward some major points and methods to improve the construction.
