Determination of trace amounts of dissolved oxygen using a digital analytical sensor

摘要 本文设计了由工作电极、辅助电极和参比电极组成的数字式微量溶解氧传感器及其工作系统的硬件电路,包括极化电压电路、信号采集电路和温度补偿电路。通过在零氧条件下对残余电流的测定及与瑞士Orbisphere公司的两电极型溶解氧检测仪对比检测的结果,表明该传感器达到了μg/L级的测量精度,不确定度仅为±3%。 A digital analytical sensor for trace amounts of dissolved oxygen has been fabricated.The sensor is composed of a working electrode(WE),auxiliary electrode(AE),and reference electrode(RE) and the working system’s hardware circuit includes a polarized voltage circuit,a signal acquisition circuit and a temperature compensation circuit.The residual current with zero dissolved oxygen was measured and compared with a dissolved oxygen analyzer based on a bi-electrode manufactured by ORBISPHERE in Switzerland.The results showed the precision of our dissolved oxygen analyzer reached the μg/L level,and the uncertainty was only ±3%.
